We are seeking a highly motivated experienced Investment Banking Analyst with at least one years of Investment Banking or equivalent experience to join our Defense & Government team in Tysons Corner, VA. Baird’s 20+ person dedicated Defense & Government team is recognized as a leading M&A advisor to the sector. Since 2021 advised 60 transactions totaling over $28 billion in transaction value.

 
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will: 

• Play an integral role on investment banking teams, providing execution support to for public equity offerings, mergers and acquisitions and other financial advisory services for clients across a number of sectors. 
• Lead the preparation of company valuations, financial models, company marketing documents and client presentations in addition to performing research and various analyses in support of new business generation. 

• Hone your skills by working closely with senior bankers and client senior management on a variety of transactions.

Additional Details: 

Compensation Information: 

• Min: $125,000 - $125,000 Max Annual Salary 

• Bonus Eligible 

*Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and/or GIB’s profitability
